• Hair that requires prepping must be dropped off 5 days prior to your appointment or a $15 late fee applies.
• 3 days late = $20 fee; 5 days late = $30 fee or appointment cancellation.
• (Reinstall services do not require drop-off.)

Hair dropped off without a note will not be our responsibility if misplaced.

If previously used hair is not fully cleaned, a $30 wash fee will apply.

• Density: 120–150% (except for premade units)
  
• Pre-plucked hairline required
  
• Lace must not be darker than your skin tone or have a green tint
  
• Transparent lace required for lighter skin tones
  
• Thin lace preferred for best results
  
• No dye on lace—it affects the install quality
  

If your lace does not meet these standards, your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited.

  Amazon, Temu, Shein, Yong Hair, or Rosa Beauty wigs

  T-part lace frontals (13x6x1)

  Premade wigs that do not fit ear to ear

  Grey, stained, dark, or dense lace
  

Additional Notes:

• 
  Prices cover 2–3 bundles and a frontal or closure.
  
• 
  Each extra bundle = $15 fee.
  
• 
  Low hairlines require 13x6 frontals.
  
• 
  For bobs, ensure your closure/frontal is 2” longer than your bundles (e.g., 16” frontal with 14” bundles).

You have 24 hours after your appointment to report any issues.
